There’s a handful of issues in this article. Angus uses Fender Extra Heavy picks, which are a 1.14mm Celluloid pick. Additionally, he always uses Super Slinkys, a .09 gauge string. He also has used his signature SG, but never his signature pickup, as it’s too high an output. A Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Bridge might suffice, but it would have a little extra mid-range. The article also fails to mention that he does not just plug his guitar straight into the amp. Angus Young used the Schaffer-Vega Diversity System’s preamp, which had a boost and compression as well as an optical limiter, which gave his tone more punch. Nowadays, he’s replaced that with the Schaffer Replica EX Tower from SoloDallas, but the SoloDallas Storm Pedal has the same internals and would suffice.
